All aboard the City of New Orleans

Our trip to New Orleans will begin with a bus ride to the train station in Champaign. From there we will board the City of New Orleans Amtrak train.  Here are some images you might see on our train ride to New Orleans.

I loved the irony, so I had to take a photo.

Amongst some rundown buildings, this mural was an oasis of life and color.

This was taken not far from New Orleans.  I found the remnants of the old structure far more interesting than the new bridge.
